“Before completing high school, I’d had more addresses than fingers.” The son of a broker and stepson of a builder, Russell grew up around Central Texas real estate.
His background also includes development, with a beautiful lakefront project as a feather in his cap. In addition, he currently serves as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner.
